Introduction

Most women spend months preparing for birth. The hospital sends them home in 24 hours.

The first weeks after birth are nothing like anyone described.  Your body is recovering from one of the most significant physical events of your life. Your baby needs you constantly. You are running on broken sleep. And the advice you find online either terrifies you or contradicts itself.  You find yourself Googling things at 2am that you feel too embarrassed to ask anyone:  — Is this amount of bleeding normal? — Why does feeding hurt this much? — Is it supposed to feel this hard? — Am I the only one who feels this way?  You are not. And you deserve better than Google.

Finally — a clear path through the fourth trimester

A calm, structured roadmap for the first 12 weeks after birth

Aevia Care is a 12-week week-by-week recovery program for first-time mothers — designed so you always know what this week should feel like, what is normal, and exactly when to pick up the phone and call someone.  Two tracks. One for vaginal birth. One for C-section. Because your recovery is not generic.

  • What your body is doing — and why (physical recovery, pelvic floor, C-section healing)

  • Feeding your baby without losing your mind (breastfeeding, breast pain, formula decisions)

  • The emotional shift nobody warned you about (identity, relationships, mental health)

  • Surviving the sleep deprivation (realistic strategies, not impossible advice)

  • Sex and intimacy after birth

  • when, how, and what's actually normal Red flags vs. normal — a clear guide to when you need professional help

The program

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Your week-by-week roadmap

Wake up every Monday knowing exactly what this week should feel like — what's normal, what's changing, and what to focus on. No more guessing.

Reviewed by real clinicians

Every module is reviewed by a Registered Midwife and a certified Lactation Consultant. Not 'expert-inspired.' Actually checked by people who do this for a living

Tools you will actually use

One-page checklists, quick reference guides, and simple prompts designed for the moments when you only have two free hands and three minutes.

Live Q&A with maternal health professionals

Ask the questions you're too tired to Google and too embarrassed to ask your GP. Two live sessions per cohort, fully recorded so you can watch at 3am if that's when you need it.

Recovery-focused

Support centered on the fourth trimester.

A community of mothers at the same stage

Not a Facebook group full of opinions. A private, moderated space of first-time mothers going through the same week as you — so you can say 'is anyone else feeling this?' and actually get an answer.

This is for you if…

This Founding is for you if:

  • You're pregnant and quietly terrified about what happens after birth

  • You're in the early weeks postpartum and you feel like you're barely holding it together

  • You've been Googling symptoms at 2am and nothing is giving you a clear answer

  • You're tired of advice that assumes you have time, energy, or a functioning brain

  • You want someone to just tell you what's normal — and when to actually worry you’re a first-time mum in the early weeks after birth

This beta is not for you if:

  • You're experiencing a medical emergency — please call 000

    or your hospital

  • You need individual clinical advice for a specific condition — please see your GP or midwife

  • You want a baby tracker or development app — this program is about you, not the baby

About Me

I built the thing I desperately needed.

I've had two births — a vaginal delivery and a C-section. Different recoveries. Same feeling: completely in the dark.  I remember sitting up at night — exhausted, in pain, not sure what was normal — and thinking: there has to be something that just tells me what to expect this week. Not a forum. Not a generic pamphlet. Something structured, calm, and written by people who actually know.  There wasn't. So I built it.  My name is Eleonora. I'm not a clinician — I'm a first-time mother who had to figure this out the hard way.

Aevia Care is what I wish had existed from day one. Every module, every Q&A, every community prompt has been shaped by what I needed and didn't have.
